Orlando Ice Cream Shop Has Some Of The Best Ice Cream In America

If you’re an ice cream lover, you have a new spot to add to your list as a shop in Orlando, Florida has some of the best ice cream in America.

Ice cream is one of my favorite food groups. I have yet to meet an ice cream I don’t love. I got very excited to see the other day the new holiday flavors at Publix, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t grab a few of them (Hello, snickerdoodle!) But really any kind of sweet frozen treat is my jam. From paletas, to gelato, to ice cream, to Italian ice. So what is it that people love about ice cream? It could be the variety of flavors, textures, and mix-in’s. Your favorite could be something simple like classic vanilla to something with more going on like moose tracks or Superman. Beyond taste, especially on a hot Florida day, there’s nothing better than an ice cold treat. Or if you need something to wipe away the stress.

Orlando Ice Cream Shop Has Some Of The Best Ice Cream In America

When you’re honored with having some of the best ice cream in America, that is a HUGE deal. And Charlie’s Bakery & Creamery in Orlando does! Conecon is America’s largest ice cream competition held in Las Vegas. (I want to be a judge!) Competitors enter in categories of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream. 50 year-old Charlie’s entered the contest for the first time and took home the top scoring blue ribbon for the best strawberry ice cream. They took home a blue ribbon for vanilla and a red ribbon for chocolate ice cream too!

July already?  Where has 2023 gone?  Wasn’t Valentine’s Day yesterday?  WOW!

According to National Calendar Day, we should all be gearing up for a cup or a cone, because July is National Ice Cream Month.  With that in mind, we thought what better a time to share the top rated places for Ice Cream in Fort Myers this summer, and some fun Ice Cream Facts.
