Weekend Vibes, What’s Happening In Southwest Florida Jan 6-8. It’s the first full weekend of the New Year and by all indications Southwest Floridians are ready say good bye to 2022. Coming off a short work week, and for some, a long holiday break, the weekend is looking quite appealing.
In addition, this weekend kicks off the season of art fairs and festivals across Southwest Florida. The weather is getting cooler and it’s expected to be sunny. However, the rest of the country is getting punished by winter weather. The artists, just like the snow birds, flock south, setting up tents full of their creative works. We understand that just because it is a new year does not mean some of the old challenges disappear.
