This Friday, November 11th is Veteran’s Day. Dunkin’ is serving up a free donut to those who have served.
Dunkin’ is celebrating Veteran’s Day with a sweet salute to the brave men and women of the armed forces. All veterans and active-duty military are invited to stop into Dunkin’ on Friday for a free donut.
What if I’m not a veteran?
Also on Friday, Dunkin’ fans can add a custom message to digital cards on the Dunkin’ Instagram page. Dunkin’ will select some of those messages of thanks and encouragement. They’ll mail them to military members through A Million Thanks. Dunkin’ will also donate $10,000 to A Million Thanks to support their mission.
Tom Manchester, Senior VP of Integrated Marketing for Dunkin’ said: “We’re thrilled to partner with A Million Thanks and continue Dunkin’s longstanding history of supporting the brave men and women of our military. We are honored to serve veterans and active-duty military at Dunkin’ locations nationwide and at military locations around the world. We look forward to welcoming members of our armed forces to Dunkin’ this Veterans Day and every day.”
Dunkin’ also sends coffee overseas, not just for Veteran’s Day
Additionally, Dunkin’ has a Coffee for Our Troops program. So far, more than 300,000 pounds of coffee has been donated to troops deployed overseas. Every week the company sends a case of coffee to deployed troops. Since 2003, 10 cases of coffee each week have been sent.
Make sure to tell military members in your life. Stop into Dunkin’ for their free donut on Veteran’s Day!
