Desiree Kramer, a Cape Coral local, hit it big on Wheel of Fortune Friday night, walking away with over $55,000 in cash and prizes. According to NBC2, it was a moment she had worked toward for months, and it all paid off when she solved several puzzles and clinched the bonus round.
Kramer, who has always been a fan of game shows, jumped at the chance to audition for Wheel of Fortune. But getting on the show wasn’t as easy as just signing up. It took four rounds of auditions—first through video, then Zoom, and finally in person. Kramer wasn’t expecting a fast track, they really wanted to see who she was as a person, not just a contestant.
Her road to success didn’t stop with the auditions. Kramer put in serious hours of preparation before filming. She watched countless episodes of Wheel of Fortune on YouTube, fast-forwarding through puzzles to practice solving them. - January 2nd until just before Presidents’ Day week (the third Monday in February)
- The week after Labor Day until just prior to Thanksgiving week
- The week following Thanksgiving weekend until the week before Christmas
The WORST days to visit Disney theme parks, as far as crowds are concerned are almost always weekends when compared to week days. They are followed by these times:
- Presidents’ Day week (the third week in February)
- Spring Break period, from mid-March through to late April
- Memorial Day weekend, summer (mid-June through Labor Day)
- Thanksgiving week
- Christmas week, till January 1st
