Cruising is a very popular way for many to vacation, and if you’re ready to bare all, in 2025 Florida welcomes its first nude cruise experience.
For a lot of people, cruising is a favorite way to vacation. We’re lucky in Fort Myers to have ports within just a few hours drive to get on the ship and set sail. Between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Riviera Beach, Tampa and Port Canaveral, there are so many options to getaway. And there are all different types of cruises to lots of different locations between music-themed cruises, tv show-themed cruises, singles cruises, adults-only cruises and now…nude cruises!
Florida Welcomes First Nude Cruise Experience
Bare Necessities Tour & Travel is partnering with Norwegian Cruise Line to offer its first nude cruise on board the Norwegian Pearl. Named “Big Nude Boat”, the 11-day cruise is set to sail from Miami in February 2025 and going throughout the Caribbean making stops in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, Dominica, Martinique and St. Lucia. The ship will feature plenty of entertainment, dining options, a spa, casino and nightlife, including costume parties (minus the costumes?)
As far as the nudity goes, clothing will be required while eating in dining rooms, but other than that it sounds like you can bare all everywhere else on the ship. They do encourage sitting on a towel should you choose to be bare-bottomed or wearing a thong. But it’s important to note that nudity is allowed only on the ship, not in the ports it makes stops at. Which is probably good, because zip lining could be painful (hello rope burn!), not to mention sand getting in places you don’t want it to go.
