A 45-year-old Florida man named Thomas Burns found himself dubbed the “creep of the week” after being caught trying to take sneaky Up-skirt photos in a grocery store. Yeah, gross right. And not just once or twice either. This dude had a whole operation going on with his cellphone strategically placed in a shopping cart. Usually, all you have to worry about is whether prices have risen, but you shouldn’t worry about a camera rising up under your dress! Now you have to watch out for undercover Publix perverts?!
According to FOX35, back in June, the police were tipped off after someone noticed sketchy behavior at a local grocery store. The store’s cameras backed it up, showing Thomas Burns creeping around, sliding his cart just right to snap up-skirt photos of unsuspecting women. He thought he was slick, but detectives weren’t having any of it. After they investigated and pieced things together, they were able to track him down and slap him with charges of video voyeurism and some extra charges for using his phone to pull off the crime. Investigators believe he’s been pulling this perverted stunt for about two years, not just in that one grocery store but also in other retail chains across the area. The guy was out there like a serial up-skirt photos snapper. I mean having hobbies is normal, but not this kind. This is pure evil.
Now, this lewd dude is off to the Alachua County jail with a $60,000 bond hanging over his perverted head. But that might not be the end of it. Detectives are still digging, and they want to know if anyone else might have fallen victim to Burns’ creepy up-skirt photos shopping cart routine.
