Florida Rapper Turned Speedster Caught With A Bible And Drugs
We all know the Florida Man is crazy and has his own set of ideas when it comes to what’s right and wrong, and one Florida rapper turned speedster was caught with a bible and drugs.
The incident took place Wednesday night in Polk County when police saw two vehicles racing on Highway 60 in Lake Wales, one at a speed of 86 mph and the other at 96 mph. Maybe they didn’t see the deputy, or didn’t care, but their racing came to an abrupt end when both the men were pulled over. The driver going 96 was given a ticket, but the one going 86 didn’t get so lucky. Why? Because he had a lot more going on that just driving over the speed limit.
This Florida rapper, 34 year-old Brice Larome Chaney, not only was going almost 100 mph, but he also didn’t have a valid driver’s license. Not good right? Well, it gets worse. According to WFLA, Chaney also was driving with 20 grams of cannabis along with plastic baggies. But he did have a bible. Maybe he thought the power of Jesus would save him from getting into trouble. But it didn’t work on this officer. When asked where he got the drugs, Chaney said that he’s a rapper and that a lot of people give him stuff.
Needless to say, the “drugs aren’t mine” line didn’t work. We see it all the time on shows like COPS and On Patrol Live. In fact, this isn’t Chaney’s first rodeo when it comes to run in’s with the law. This guy has quite a history not only in Florida, but in Georgia as well. Things like trespassing, drug possession, criminal damage to property..the list goes on.
And now another charge to add to the list. Maybe as he sits in the Polk County Jail this Florida rapper will write a new verse about it.
