Orlando Summer Vacation Deals
If you’re considering an Orlando summer vacation trip this year, there’s a lot of ways to save money as a Florida resident. And even deals for out of staters. There’s theme park and hotel deals, plus special events you may not have known about. Here’s some of the discounts we found for your Orlando summer vacation. Click on the link for details, there’s some exclusions, and some differences between Florida and non-Florida resident, so read the fine print.
Walt Disney World Resort theme parks: 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket from $94 per day. The price varies up to $112 a day based on when you want to go, but it’s certainly a less expensive way to do all 4 parks.
Universal Orlando Resort theme parks: Play 4 Days Ticket from $67 per day. This allows you to go to both parks for 4 days within a 7 day window. So you can squeeze in a rest day or 2.
SeaWorld Orlando: Save up to 50% on admission. Sea World Orlando actually has some of the best coasters in Florida. I think people overlook that and think that it’s all about whales and dolphins and stuff.
Legoland Florida Resort: $29 children’s tickets. And that’s for 2 days for all 3 of their parks. You do need to buy at least one adult ticket to get the deal, you can’t just drop your kids off at the gate. The adult ticket is $104.
Orlando Summer Vacation Hotel Deals
The best case when doing an Orlando summer vacation is having a relative that lives in the area where you and the kids can stay. When I was a kid it was my Uncle Ernie in Lakeland. DO NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT STAYING AT A RELATIVE OR FRIEND’S HOUSE. Anyone who lives within 50 miles or so of Disney World expects this. They knew it when they moved there. It’s like a rule or something. If you need, or would rather, do a hotel -here’s some summer deals.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels: 30% off at select resorts for stays of five nights or more. This deal ends July 7th.
Universal Orlando Resort Hotels: 20% off stays four nights or more; 30% off a 3-park, 5-night vacation package for select resorts. There’s several different packages on that link.
Conrad Orlando: 20% off stays at the waterside retreat with dedicated butler service when you book 5 nights. It’s still gonna be 2 grand, but the place is really nice.
Marriott’s Grand Vista, Marriott’s Cypress Harbour Villas, Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas or Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas:10% off 3-night stays, 15% off 4-night stays and 20% off five or more nights. This is a much cheaper alternative.
Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando: 10% off 2-night stays, 15% off 3-night stays or 20% off stays four nights or more. A little pricier, but this place is amazing.
Four Seasons Orlando: Pay for 3, get the fourth night free.
