Open Fire Roasted Shellfish Platter
This is one of Del Mar’s signature dishes and it is shareable. The presentation is picture worthy and is seen in the video above. It is full of lobster, scallops, prawns, clams, mussels, roasted garlic and lemon. The sauce is fantastic for dipping.
