OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to Playa 99.3’s Holiday x Annual Pass Promotion Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WXKB-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.playa993.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The Contest will begin on Monday, November 18, 2024, and Friday, December 20, 2024.

b. To enter online, visit www.playa993.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning at 6:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, November 18, 2024, and ending at 6:00AM ET on Friday, December 20, 2024 (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless of if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

c. There will be up to a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in the following Florida counties: Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES

a. Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of four (4) Florida Resident Disney Pixie Dust Pass with each pass set to expire on December 30, 2025 (a “Pass”). Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $1,870.16.

b. Please note the following restrictions:
a. Theme Park reservations may be required and are subject to change. Reservations are limited in number and subject to availability of Pass or Ticket reservations, applicable pass or ticket block out dates and park capacity. Block out dates apply at the discretion of Disney and may be subject to change without notice or liability
b. Passes and Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Winning prize members must guard Passes and Tickets against loss, theft or damage.
c. Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.
d. To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.
e. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotions.

c. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 20125 S. Tamiami Trl., Estero, FL 33928, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Qualifying Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Grand Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within eight (8) hours of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected and announced at approximately 4:00PM ET on December 20, 2024, in a Station-conducted random drawing from all Qualifiers. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

b. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period.

c. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win.

d. Grand Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize by approximately 4:00PM ET on December 20, 2024, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining Qualifiers. Station will attempt to call the randomly selected Qualifier three (3) times shortly following the random drawing. No voicemail message will be left. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to answer the calls or is disconnected or is otherwise found to be ineligible, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and the Station will randomly select another Qualifier to be the potential Grand Prize winner. Once reached by phone as described above, the randomly selected Qualifier will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner.

e. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

a. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.playa993.com.

b. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.playa993com.

c. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 20125 S. Tamiami Trl., Estero, FL 33928, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
