WWCN-FM’s Food and Wine Promotion

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to WWCN-FMs “Food and Wine Promotion” Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WJPT-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.playa993.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The Contest will begin on August 12, 2024, and end on September 29, 2024.

b. To participate in the Contest, entrant may enter as follows:

i. To enter online, visit www.playa993.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning at 6:00am ET on Monday, August 12, 2024 and ending at 6:00AM ET on Sunday, September 29, 2024 (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per day during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator. Up to one (1) “Online Prize” winner will be selected at approximately 6:00AM ET on September 29, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. Online winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing and will be announced on the Station at approximately 9:00am ET on September 29, 2024.

c. There will be up to a total of one (1) Online Prize winner selected in the Contest. An entrant may only win once in this Contest and may not be both an On-Air Prize winner and the Online Prize winner.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in the following Florida counties: Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES

a. One (1) prize will be awarded. The Prize consists of the following:

i. VACATION PACKAGE: The Prize Winner may be accompanied by up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”, collectively “Guests” and together with the Prize Winner, the “Group”). The Vacation Package shall consist of the following:

1. A. Two (2) nights room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum room occupancy of four (4) persons) at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and subject to availability.

2. B. Not more than four (4) standard 3-Day Walt Disney World® theme park tickets with Park Hopper® option) each ticket with an expiration date of November 23, 2025 (each, a “Ticket”). • Each Ticket currently provides admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks for three (3) days. • Reservation requirements are subject to change. • Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft or damage. • Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. • To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.

3. C. Not more than one (1) Disney Gift Card(s) to be given to the prize winner with a value of Three Hundred United States Dollars (US $300.00). • The Disney Gift Card can be used at select participating locations at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney store locations in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, shopDisney.com, DisneyPhotoPass, Adventures by Disney®, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Beach Resorts. It cannot be used toward the purchase of a Disney Vacation Club Membership. Visit DisneyGiftCard.com for complete terms and conditions. Additional restrictions may apply. All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s), including but not limited to: • Excursions; • Travel insurance; • Laundry service; • Spa treatments; • Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee); • Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks); • Local and long distance telephone calls; • Wireless and internet services; • Merchandise and souvenirs; and • Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.

b. The approximate retail value of the Vacation Package is Four Thousand Ninety-Two and 12/100 United States Dollars (US $4,092.12) (“ARV”). The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than the stated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded. The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than November 23, 2025.

a. To enter a park, valid admission is required for Guests ages 3 and up. Park Hopper option: visit more than one park on the same day. Guests must make a theme park reservation via the Disney Park Pass reservation system for the first park they plan to visit. After entering that first park, Guests will be able to visit the next park starting at 2 PM until each park's regularly scheduled closure. The ability to visit a park is subject to the park's capacity limitations. At this time a park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change. Park reservations are limited in capacity, subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. In order to make your reservations, you will need a My Disney Experience account and valid Theme Park ticket linked to it. b. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior, does not follow Station and/or venue policy regarding COVID-19 guidelines, or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending the prize-related event.

c. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as described by the Station at the time of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. (1) Online Prize winner will be selected and notified as described in Section 1 of these Official Rules.

b. Odds of winning online depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period.

c. Entrants must listen to the Station but need not be present to be deemed a winner on-air. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to be deemed a winner online.

d. Online Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification of confirmed eligibility, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

e. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

a. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.playa993.com

b. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.playa993.com

c. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 20125 S. Tamiami Trl., Estero, FL 33928, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.

d. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, any prize-related activity and/or the Contest.
