BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP OFFICE HOURS UPDATE

Beasley Media Group, LLC in Estero, FL is closed for prize distribution. All prizes will be mailed via USPS or emailed for the convenience of our winners, requiring an electronic signature. All winners will receive a Winner Release Form via email shortly after winning a prize. The Winner Release Form comes from a third party, Promosuite Next (this may be filtered into the listener's spam folder’). Each winner must follow the link provided to confirm all personal information including (but not limited to): address, phone number, and social security number. A signature permitting Beasley Media Group to distribute their prize via USPS mail will also be required. Once Winner Release Forms are received, our promotions department will mail or email the prize to winners. If a prize is to be distributed via a guest list or will call, all information will be sent via email to the winner prior to the event. It will automatically be marked as distributed in our system for the value of the prize. Our promotions department must be informed if you choose to not attend the event. Unless otherwise specified, General Contest Rules apply to all contests conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC.
