Miami Beaches To Close (Again) Tomorrow

Here we go again, Miami beaches will be closed tomorrow (Saturday) sending them all here again. This time, at least, it's not because of the COVID. Hurricane Isaias will be sliding by Florida's east coast over the weekend prompting Miami officials to close the beaches and parks starting at 8pm tonight (Friday). So, once again, the Mayor of Miami is sending their beach goers our way. Weather permitting, of course. I do feel bad for Miami. Going to the beach and watching the big waves churned up by a Cat 1 storm is actually a lot of fun. Not for swimming, but donning a poncho and grabbing a drink and watching from the coast.
