A restaurant that first opened in Monte Carlo over four decades ago has arrived at 360 12th Ave. S. in downtown Naples. Owner Stefano Frittella converted The Bevy into La Saliere. It had its soft opening on Nov. 7, 2025, with the same menu as his Monaco location.

The 2,600-square-foot space holds 120 guests. Dinner runs from 5:30 p.m. to midnight each day. Brunch happens from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

"So far, so good. We're very happy with the opening," said Andrea Frittella, according to Gulfshore Business. Andrea is Stefano's daughter and has been in Naples during the opening weeks.

Executive chef Sabato Toscano worked at the Monaco site for almost three decades and built the menu for Naples.

Diners can order from a "Family Style" section designed for sharing. One choice is Branzino al Sale for two — Mediterranean seabass cooked in a salt crust and presented with a tableside show. Servers light it on fire and break the salt off right in front of guests.

Other shared plates include Linguine con Aragosta with lobster and cherry tomatoes, Pollo al Mattone with grilled bio chicken, and Fiorentina alla Toscana T-bone steak. Pasta choices feature lasagna with veal ragu, rigatoni with black truffle, and pappardelle with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cascades of magenta bougainvillea flow from outside to inside. Happy hour runs from 3 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. each day.

La Saliere will stay open on Thanksgiving with a $29 holiday plate. It features roast turkey with stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, and house-made cranberry sauce. The regular menu and happy hour will also be available.
