Reglas Para Comprar Alcohol Para Llevar En Florida

No te pasa que vas a un restaurante y cuando terminas de comer muchas veces no te has terminado de tomar tu deliciosa margarita, desde Julio 2021 en los floridanos han podido comprar alcohol para llevar en una variedad de empresas de servicios de alimentos, así como sacar del restaurante bebidas alcohólicas parcialmente consumidas. La entrega de bebidas alcohólicas también es legal, en algunas circunstancias.

El Proyecto de Ley del Senado 148, promulgado por el gobernador Ron DeSantis en Mayo de 2021, permite que los residentes del estado o visitantes vendan o compren algunas bebidas alcohólicas para beber fuera del sitio, y permite que los restaurantes dejen que sus clientes tomen botellas de vino parcialmente bebidas casa con ellos. playa

De acuerdo con el texto del proyecto de ley SB 148, los vendedores y servidores de bebidas alcohólicas con licencia pueden entregar o vender bebidas en “un recipiente sellado para consumo fuera del local si la venta o entrega va acompañada de la venta de alimentos dentro del mismo pedido”.

Para que eso suceda, los empleados de restaurantes o negocios deben poner la bebida alcohólica en un recipiente, “sellado de forma segura por el titular de la licencia o sus empleados” y el sello no debe romperse antes de que se entregue. La bebida, en su envase, deberá entregarse también en bolsa sellada para acreditar que no fue manipulada.

Si las bebidas se transportan en un vehículo motorizado, deben guardarse bajo llave durante el tránsito. Los compradores aún deben demostrar que tienen la edad legal para beber, 21.

Las bebidas alcohólicas o de malta preenvasadas no pueden ser entregadas o vendidas de esta manera, como lo sería una licorería o fabricante, de acuerdo con la ley.
Para que una empresa califique para este derecho de venta, ya debe tener una licencia como establecimiento público de servicio de alimentos, la entrega de las bebidas alcohólicas debe venir con una venta de alimentos en el mismo pedido, y los alimentos deben representar al menos el 40 % del total.  “excluyendo el cargo por cualquier envase de bebidas alcohólicas sellado por el fabricante incluido en el pedido”.

Christmas Events Happening in Southwest Florida

Thanksgiving is this week and that can only mean one thing...it's almost time for Christmas!  Yay!!!

I don't know about you, but I am ready to enjoy the Christmas tree, wear matching pajamas with my loved ones, watch Christmas movies on repeat and drink hot chocolate (yes, even in Florida).  And of course, listen to all my favorite Christmas music on Sunny 106.3!

Celebrate the season with Santa at Veterans Park Recreation Center.

Come join us for a magical Winter Wonderland event! Children can write letters to Santa, make holiday crafts, play games and use the photo booths for family holiday photos. Mr. and Mrs. Clause will arrive and children can put in their wish list in person and receive a gift. Hot cocoa & Cookies, dancers and a tree lighting will spread the holiday cheer!

Come see the beautifully decorated trees at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center for the 16th Annual Festival of Trees. $2 admission or bring an unwrapped toy for the toy tree which will be donated to Golisano Children's hospital. Come out to Santa's Block Party 2022 in front of the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center downtown Ft. Myers. Santa will arrive by Fire Truck. December 3rd is a Snowday! The 38th Annual Snowfest is celebrating Collier County’s 100th Anniversary! The event is set for Saturday, December 3rd, from 3-9pm at Paradise Coast Sports Complex!
SnowFest will feature three giant snow mountains made up of nearly 100 tons of snow for kids of all ages to enjoy.
Santa's Wonderland will be at SnowFest, along with an amazing Snow Maze, the great centennial snowball hunt and selfies photo booth, "Elf" starring Will Ferrell on the 32-foot-wide big screen, a holiday fun bounce land, a holiday train for kids, live music and performances, Domestic Animal Services pet adoptions, prize basket giveaways and more!
