Un maestro de escuela elemental fué arrestado y ahora enfrenta cargos de video voyeurismo después de que alegadamente instaló una video cámara en un baño de escuela elemental Pinecrest de Immokalee.
Diego Alberto Rojas Pulido de 37 años enfrenta un cargo de felonía de segundo grado de acuerdo a la oficina del Sheriff del condado Collier.
Diputados dijeron que tres estudiantes encontraron lo que ellos creyeron era un dispositivo de grabar video atado a una caja de tissue de metal en un baño adyacente al salón donde Rojas Pulido daba clases este pasado Martes.
Los estudiantes se lo reportaron al maestro , sin embargo Rojas Pulido lo removió pero no lo reportó a la administración del plantel , dijo CCSO.
Uno de los estudiantes se lo comentó a un consejero de la escuela y este lo reportó inmediatamente al principal de la escuela y a CCSO. Rojas Pulido fué removido inmediatamenete del plantel por el CCPS.
Los diputados fueron llamados a la residencia del maestro luego de que Rojas Pulido intentara cometer suicidio.
Fué llevado al hospital del condado Lee para recibir tratamiento.
Fué servido con una orden de arresto del CCSO en el hospital el pasado Viernes.
Fué ingresado en la cárcel del condado Collier este pasado Lunes en la tarde.
