How To Register To Vote

To register in your state you must:

• Be a U.S. citizen
• Be 18 years old on Election Day
• Be a resident of Florida and the county where you want to register
• Not have been adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting in Florida or any other state without having the right to vote restored
• Not have been convicted of a felony without having your right to vote restored
