Una pareja de Indianapolis que cada año viajaban a Florida, no volverán a hacerlo ya que la esposa falleció y sospechan la bacteria que la mató la contrajo en un hotel en Clearwater.
La causa de muerte fue una fascitis necrosante, ósea la bacteria come carne o "flesh-eating bacteria" y el esposo sospecha que la contrajo en el jacuzzi del hotel que se hospedaron en Clearwater, ya que fue la única que se metió.
Cuando regresaron a Indianapolis la mujer tenía una llaga inusual y después de varias citas al doctor y antibióticos, finalmente le hicieron una biopsia con la cual se dieron cuenta que era la bacteria come carne pero ya era muy tarde.
